WoW Patch Downloads

Download only the patches required for the realm you play on. Without these patches the servers will not function as intended and you will miss features!

• Patch-L.MPQ (70MB) Required (Updated Jan. 9, 2026)
• Patch-Q.MPQ (95MB) Required (Updated Jan. 17, 2026) **UPDATED**
• Patched Wow.exe (8MB) Required (Updated Dec. 20, 2025)

📥 Installation Instructions

1. Please ensure you are using the enUS version of the client. 
2. Download the all patches listed above as well as the alreacy patched wow.exe file. 
3. Place the `.MPQ` files into your World of Warcraft/Data folder.
4. Replace the WoW.exe file with the WoW.exe file downloaded from ForeverWoW.
5. Open in your favorite text editor your realmlist.wtf and replace the contents with set realmlist logon.foreverwow.org:3726
6. Start the game using the patched wow.exe.
